Board of Trustees- Roof consultation services- Community Center RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign the revised proposal from Indus Architects PLLC to provide architectural consultation services for the replacement of the roof assembly at the Joseph G. Board of Trustees- Lease agreement (56 Browning Drive) RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is Special Meeting March 25, 2026 Page 1 of 2  authorized to sign the fourth amendment to the lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC with a mailing address at 1025 Lenox Park Boulevard NE, 3rd Floor, Atlanta, Georgia relating to village-owned property at 56 Browning Drive. C. Department of Recreation and Parks- Authorize agreement with Westchester County RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign Contract C-67-23-U83, First Amendment with Westchester County for Nelson Sitting Park Playground Replacement Project. D. Department of Public Works- Authorize agreement with Westchester County RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign Contract C-67-22-U82, First Amendment with Westchester County for Spring Street Sidewalk Improvements Phase I and II.
