PROCEEDINGS OF THE PUBLIC HEARING April 3, 2024 The Village Board of the Village of Oxford, Marquette County, Wisconsin met on Thursday, April 3, 2024 in the Council Room of the Oxford Village Hall. President Meyer called the Hearing to order at 5:45 PM with Trustees Drinkwater, Rozek, Sorensen, Bohringer, Zacharias and O’Brien in attendance. Also in attendance were petitioner Tom Peckoff and Village residents Stewart Wooll, Kathy Terwelp, Brian & Rita Goodhue, Dawn O’Brien, Aneta Rodgers, Bill Martin, Lowell & Judy Hayes; and Trustees Elect Jim Drinkwater, Tom Wastart and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer’s Kimmie Kongslie and Amy Maier. The purpose of the Hearing was to allow for any public comments or concerns regarding the Proposed Zoning Amendment of Part of Outlot 7(Parcel No. 6517150844055, OUTLOT 7 LESS A PARCEL 132FT X 132FT, 7.03 acres) from Conservation and Open Space District to R-1 Single Family Residential. President Meyer provided to residents the history of and reason for the petition for the Zoning Amendment and turned the floor over to Tom Peckoff. Questions were asked and answered and a lengthy discussion ensued, followed by President Meyer asking each interested resident their opinion on the matter. Motion made by Drinkwater/Zacharias to close the Public Hearing at 6:23 PM. Motion carried. ______________________________ Amy J.
