Planning Board: No meeting Old Business: None at this time. New Business: 1. Justice Court Grant money was received on January 29, 2016 which is two months sooner than expected. The amount received was $16,195.00 2. Jeff Boylan of the Kiwanis has approached the Village Board to repair/ replace a couple of signs posted entering the village which have fallen into disrepair. Once Jeff had gathered information on the signs he will come before the Planning Board with their designs. Motion of acceptance ___________________________/ _______________________ 1  3. Board to approve the engineering agreement with Hunt Engineers for Design and Construction inspection for our Water Improvement Project. Motion by:_________________________ / _______________________ 4. Meyers RV from Bath would like to hold an RV show April 27 – May 1, 2016. There will be approximately 100 – 150 Units and have asked about the use of part of the old “Foundry” property. A proposed fee for the use of the property is $1000.00 plus a $250.00 refundable deposit. The total time frame would be from April 25th – May 3, 2016. Motion to allow RV show to take place made by_____________________, seconded by _____________________________ and carried. 5. Deputy Mayor Thorne to extend the contract with Callahan & Hooey for another 60 days as sales agent for the property located at 123–145 W. Water St. Motion to approve: ______________________/ __________________ 6. Trustee Foster has met with representatives from Sprague Insurance to get a quote for Village and Fire Dept. Insurance through NYMIR (New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal). Once the quote is received he will compare it to our current policies.
