Planning Board: No changes. Old Business: None at this time. New Business: 1. Village Board to appoint Shawn Sauro as new legal counsel and attorney for the village. Village Board to also appoint the Honorable Glenford Rose Justice from the Town of Corning as acting judge for the Village of Painted Post Justice Court. The Republican Caucus will be scheduled for Wednesday, January 27, 2015 at 7:00 pm and the Democratic Caucus will follow immediately after. 4. Shared Service Agreement with DPW and the Department of Transportation to be authorized by the Village Board. 5. Village of Painted Post Board of Trustees hereby acknowledge and approves the appointment made by Richard V. Lewis, Village Mayor, of Eve D. Fisher, Town of Erwin, as Registrar of Vital Statistics.
