Roll Call: Mayor Foster___, Deputy Mayor Manning ___, Trustee Elsey___, Trustee Lecher___, Trustee Yama, Clerk Names ___ ORDER OF BUSINESS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING for Local Law #2, Pavilion Rental. The reservation grants to the renter and their guests, exclusive use to the pavilion and bathrooms only, and does not extend to the kitchen area, playground equipment, community sports recreational area, basketball courts, parking areas or the grills and picnic tables outside the pavilion. Bathroom use by anyone other than the guests of the renter is available only at the discretion of the renter. 2. PUBLIC HEARING for Local Law #3, Firefighters Tax Exemption. An exemption of 10% of assessed value of property owned by an enrolled member or such enrolled member and their spouse, is hereby granted from taxation with respect to the real property taxes of the Village of Painted Post as long as eligibility requirements are met. Village of Painted Post Nov. 12, 2024 3. PUBLIC HEARING for Local Law #4, Pool Law Update. LL#4 was re-written to mirror the local law that the Town of Erwin has which is less strict than the current 1965 Village Pool Law.
