AGENDA Village of Palmyra PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING Monday August 25, 2025 Village Hall 100 W. Taft Street 6:00 P.M. Call to Order Roll Call New Business 1. A. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Personnel Committee of the Village of Palmyra may convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village of Palmyra will meet to negotiate collective bargaining with the Village of Palmyra Protective Service Officers Association, WPPA. AND 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats. Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Specifically to discuss the Village’s strategy associated related to collective bargaining with the Village of Palmyra Protective Service Officers Association, WPPA. 2. You are further notified that at the end of the Closed Session, the Personnel Committee may convene in open session pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matter discussed. Adjournment This is the agenda for the 8/25/25 Personnel Committee meeting as of August 18, 2025 and is subject to modification prior to said meeting pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law. Members of the Village Board may attend the above- noticed meeting in order to gather information about a subject over which they have decision- making responsibilities. The only action to be taken at the above-mentioned meeting will be action by the Personnel Committee. Please be advised that agenda items may be taken in an order other that which appears here. It is possible that members of, and possibly a quorum of, other governmental bodies of the Village may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in the above notice.
