Main St., parcel 171-0516-2241033. The parcel is currently zoned B1 - Central Business. The retail business will have a federal license and include the service, repair, modification, and customization of firearms for retail sales. New Business: 1. Discussion/possible action on a conditional use request from A & K Armorers, owner(s) Anthony and Kimberly Nations, to operate a Recreation Equipment, Service of firearms and related accessories at 206 W. Main St., parcel 171-0516- 2241033. The parcel is currently zoned B1 - Central Business. The retail business will have a federal license and include the service, repair, modification, and customization of firearms for retail sales. 2. The retail business will have a federal license and include the service, repair, modification, and customization of firearms for retail sales.
