Minutes Village of Palmyra PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday October 15, 2025 Village Clerk’s Office – 6:00 p.m. 100 W. Taft St. The meeting was called to order by Ken Dooley at 6:03 p.m. as Chairperson Gorsegner is not present. Roll call: Ball, Dooley, Holcomb, Scheffner – present. Gorsegner-absent. Also present: Michael Prado-petitioner. Approval of Minutes: Dooley/Holcomb motion to approve the minutes from September 17, 2025 with a correction to item 2 referenced land being tilled up and also Sockrider name should be Scheffner. New Business: 1. Scheffner/Ball motion to approve the extra territorial land division in the Town of Palmyra, parcel 024-0516-2312-002, applicant Michael Prado, to split off one- 1 acre lot. Petitioner was asked where it was located. All ayes-motion carried. Motion by Ball/Holcomb to adjourn at 6:18 p.m. All ayes, motion carried.
