MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday January 21, 2026 6:00 p.m. 100 W. Taft St. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Tim Goresegner at 6:12 pm as they were waiting for 2 commission members to arrive. Gorsegner, Ball, Dooley-present. Holcomb, Scheffner-excused. Dooley/Ball motion to approve the minutes from December 17, 2025 as presented. All ayes-motion carried. New Business: 1. Dooley/Ball motion to approve an extraterritorial land division for Jasmine & Mira Elhindi, Vincent Swartz and Charles Schlessinger, to create two-2 acre parcels from 024-0516-2341-000, W566 Carlin Trail. MSA memo stated no concerns. All ayes-motion carried. 2. Dooley/Ball motion to approve on an extraterritorial land division on parcel 024- 0516-3342-001, N252 & N254 County Road H, for John & Michelle Mehring, create a new 3.204 acre parcel. MSA memo state no concerns. All ayes-motion carried. There being no further business, Ball/Dooley motion to adjourn at 6:14 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
