MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra PLAN COMMISSION Wednesday December 17, 2025 Village Hall – 6:00 p.m. 100 W. Taft St. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Gorsegner. Roll call: Gorsegner, Ball, Dooley, Holcomb, Scheffner – present. Approval of Minutes: Scheffner/Dooley motion to approve the minutes from November 19, 2025 as presented. All ayes-motion carried. New Business: 1. Scheffner/Holcomb motion to approve the extraterritorial land division for Michael Bird Jr., Michael Bird Sr. & Barbara Bird on parcel 024-0516-3342-000, Town of Palmyra, Dahlin Lane to create 2 new – 3 acre parcels. All ayes-motion carried. Dooley/Ball motion to adjourn at 6:10 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
