The Village Board will remain convened into Closed Session with staff, pursuant to §19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Specifically for updates on the Public Safety Departments personnel matters. 3. Take further notice that the Village Board may convene into open session for further discussion related to matters discussed in closed session. Adjournment This is the agenda for the 3/28/24 Village Board meeting as of March 28, 2024 and is subject to modification prior to said meeting pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law.
