MEETING MINUTES Village of Palmyra Wednesday April 10, 2024 100 W. Taft St. Palmyra Village Hall 6:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Village President Kathy Weiss at 6:00 pm. Roll call: Ball, Gorsegner, Kinjerski, Petruska, Troiola, Weiss-present. Smith, - excused. Also present: Nick Venes-Oakridge Contracting. By phone: Joe DeYoung Business 1. Gorsegner/Ball motion to approve the proposal for Executive Selection of Fire/EMS Chief Proposal from McMahon Associates, Inc. Roll call vote: Ball, Gorsegner, Kinjerski, Petruska, Troiola, Weiss-aye. Motion carried. 2. Gorsegner/Troiola motion to convene, upon passage of the proper motion, into closed session with staff at 6:03 pm, pursuant to §19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Specifically, the Village owned lands on Hwy H, parcel 171-0516-2722-005, 171-0516-2814-000, 171-0516-2811-000, 171- 0516-2722-000 owned by the Village. Roll call vote: Ball, Gorsegner, Kinjerski, Petruska, Troiola, Weiss-aye. Motion carried. Petruska/Troiola motion to reconvene into open session at 7:55 pm. Roll call vote: Ball, Gorsegner, Kinjerski, Petruska, Troiola, Weiss-aye. Motion carried. Troiola/Ball motion to adjourn at 7:56 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
