Village Board meeting

MEETING MINUTES Special Village Board Meeting Monday November 17, 2025 6:00 pm Village Hall 100 W. Taft St. Palmyra, WI. The meeting was called to order by Gorsegner at 6:00 p.m. Roll call: Ball, Wallace, Petruska, Smith, Deichl, Tucker, Gorsegner-present. Also present: Casey Griffiths with Ehlers Business: 1. Discussion/possible action on Resolution 2025-11, Authorizing the issuance and sale of $6,095,000 general obligation promissory notes, series 2025A. Casey Griffiths with Ehlers went over the sale results from earlier today. The low bidder was BOK Financial Securities Inc. Milwaukee. The bid came in at 3.8624% much lower than we had anticipated therefore changing the amount from $6,095,000 down to $5,880,000, saving the Village money. Casey went on to review capitalized interest, funding sources, debt schedule, etc. Wallace/Smith motion to approve Resolution 2025-11, Authorizing the issuance and sale of $5,880,000 general obligation promissory notes, series 2025A. Roll call vote: Ball, Wallace, Petruska, Smith, Deichl, Tucker, Gorsegner-aye. Motion carried. Wallace/Smith motion to adjourn at 6:12 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
