REQUEST FOR SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a special council meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas at 5:30 o’clock p.m., on August 7, 2007 at the Paola Public Works Building at 29370 Old KC Road, for the following purpose: • Review the proposed agreements between the City of Paola and Rural Water District No 2. • Review the proposed agreements between the City of Paola and the Marais Des Cygnes Public Utility Authority and other matters related to the Utility Authority. • Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters of non-elected personnel and for the purpose of a consultation with an attorney for the governing body which is deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship.
