REQUEST FOR SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a special council meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held at the Paola Public Works Building at 29370 Old KC Road in Paola on November 6, 2007 at 6:30 pm, for the following purpose: • Discuss a strategy for the reconstruction of 303rd Street. • Review Flood Plain Map Revision Report for the tributary to Hickory Creek. • Discuss the status of Angela Drive. • Discuss staff direction on LDO revisions to address murals. • Update on MDCPUA activities. • Justice Center Financial Review and Update. • Other Discussion Items. • Executive Session for preliminary discussions relating to the acquisition of real property.
