REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a special council meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held on June 3, 2008 beginning at 5:30 PM, for the following purpose: y Tour of Paola Justice Center construction site at 805 N Pearl Street in Paola. At the conclusion of the tour, the Governing Body will adjourn to the Paola Public Works Building at 29370 Old KC Road in Paola to for the following purposes: y Budget Goals and Priorities y CCIT Task Force Report y Credit and Debit Card acceptance presentation y Project Updates y Audit Management Letter review y Other business.
