REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a special council meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held at the Municipal Court Room at the Paola Justice Center at 805 N Pearl Street in Paola on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 6:30 pm, for the following purpose: • Discuss potential Neighborhood Revitalization Plan revisions. • Discuss concept idea relating to an economic development initiative. • Discuss participation wit the National Boat Racing Association for a summer event at Lake Miola. • Discuss the City’s water leak allowance policy. • Report on the Code Book codification • Review financial information. • Other.
