Action – Motion to adjourn to Executive Session, to include the Mayor, Council, City Attorney and City Manager to discuss City Manager applicants pursuant to the nonelected personnel matter exception, KSA 75-4319(b)(1); the regular meeting to reconvene here at City Hall at ___ p.m. Action – Motion to reconvene the adjourned meeting. 4.
