Consider a resolution of support and letter of support for the Miami County sales tax renewal. Action- Motion to approve a Letter in Support of the Miami County Quarter Cent Sales Tax Renewal and A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE MIAMI COUNTY QUARTER CENT SALES TAX RENEWAL (Resolution 2019-015) 4. Executive Session: the justification being to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(1) is the authority for this recess. Action – Motion to adjourn to Executive Session, to include the Mayor, Council, City Attorney and Osenbaugh Consulting representatives to interview City Manager applicants pursuant to the nonelected personnel matter exception, KSA 75- 4319(b)(1); the regular meeting to reconvene here at City Hall at ___ p.m. Action – Motion to reconvene the adjourned meeting. 5.
