REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a Special Work Study Meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held in the Second Floor Conference Room at Paola City Hall at 19 E Peoria Street in Paola on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 6:00 pm, for the following purpose: • Discuss/Review engineering agreements for KDOT grant projects • Review Community Fisheries Assistance Program renewal agreement • Discuss 800 MHz radios for the Police Department • Discuss Paola Crossings development agreement • Discuss Economic Development Policy revision • Update on recruitment process • Discuss staff appointments • Discuss Resolution 2019-017 • Discuss sales tax renewal • Update on various projects • Discuss employee Christmas gifts • Other business.
