AMENDED REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a Special Work Study Meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held in the Second Floor Conference Room at Paola City Hall at 19 E Peoria Street in Paola on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 6:00 pm, for the following purpose: • Review sales tax numbers • Discuss Rockwood rezoning • Discuss CUP for Legacy • Discuss a change for the Traffic Control Device Schedule • Discuss manhole lining bid process • Discuss fat, oil and grease program • Discuss fees for fire reports • SEE ATTACHED AGENDA • Other business. Action – Motion to adjourn to Executive Session, to include the Mayor and Council to discuss the new City Manager contract pursuant to the nonelected personnel matter exception, KSA 75-4319(b)(1); the regular meeting to reconvene here at City Hall at ___ p.m. Action – Motion to reconvene the adjourned meeting. 4.
