Action – Motion to adjourn to Executive Session, to include the Mayor, Council, City Manager and Human Resource Director to discuss City Manager applicants pursuant to the nonelected personnel matter exception, KSA 75-4319(b)(1); the regular meeting to reconvene here at City Hall at ___ p.m. Action – Motion to reconvene the adjourned meeting. 4.
