Recommendation: Authorize the Town Manager to execute the contract with Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC in the amount of $133,222.42 for Sewer Rehabilitation Construction Services and waive the 14-day contract execution wait period. Authorize the Town Manager to execute the contract amendment with Project Engineering Consultants, Ltd. in the amount of $10,680.96 for Sewer Rehabilitation Design and Construction Administration & Inspection Services and waive the 14-day contract execution wait period.
