Tanner Development and Construction, LLC for the Desert Crest Drive Drainage Improvements. Recommendation: Award contract CON-22-224-ENG to M.R. Tanner Development and Construction, LLC and authorize the Town Manager to execute in the amount not to exceed $223,081 and to waive the 14-day wait period to sign the agreement.
