A motion was made by Council Member Phyllis Kobasiuk that the following Committee Reports be received for information: 1.Council Member Jackie McCuaig attended the Economic Development and Tourism Advisory Committee Meeting, Rotary Run for Life Breakfast, and Big Lake Community League Playground Opening. 2. Mayor Rod Shaigec attended the Capital Region Board Meeting. 3. Council Member Phyllis Kobasiuk attended the Tri-Municipal Leisure Facility Board Meeting. 4. Council Member Tracey Melynk attended the Parkland County Library Board Meeting, Keephills Power Project Steering Committee, and Economic Development and Tourism Advisory Committee. 5. Council Member AnnLisa Jensen attended the Art Advisory Committee Meeting. The motion carried unanimously. OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS General Manager, Development Services POL 15-017 Dedication and Use of Municipal Reserve, Environmental Reserve, and/or Environmental Reserve Easement Policy C-PD15 Proposed Motion That the revised Dedication and Use of Municipal Reserve, Environmental Reserve, and Environment Reserve Easement Policy C-PD15 be received as information. Recess Council Member AnnLisa Jensen recessed the meeting at 10:05 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:18 a.m. General Manager, Development Services RFD 15-119 Proposed amendment to rescind Bylaw 2014-09 for the Licensing and Regulation of Businesses within Parkland County; and Bylaw 2015-25 for the amendment of Business License Fees Proposed Motion That the Committee of the Whole receive the review on Business Licensing as information. A motion was made by Mayor Rod Shaigec that the Committee of the Whole receive the review on Business Licensing as information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. RFD 15-126 Future of Agriculture Study - September 2015 Situation Report. Proposed Motion: That the Committee of the Whole (CoW) accept the Future of Agriculture Study - September 2015 update as information. A motion was made by Council Member Darrell Hollands that the Committee of the Whole accept the Future of Agriculture Study - September 2015 update as information, as presented.
