ADOPTION OF MINUTES MIN 18-021 Unadopted Committee of the Whole July 3, 2018 Meeting Minutes Proposed Motion That the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of July 3, 2018 be adopted, as presented. NEW BUSINESS General Manager, Community Services BL 18-034 Bylaw 2018-17 - Consumption of Cannabis in Public Places Proposed Motion That Bylaw 2018-17 be referred to the September 11, 2018 Council meeting for Council's consideration to give Bylaw 2018-17 three readings.
