Councillor Kobasiuk offered a short inspirational reflection.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Councillor Weideman that the October 26, 2021 Regular
Council Meeting agenda be adopted, as presented. The motion carried
unanimously.
CONSENT AGENDA
A motion was made by Councillor Kowalski that Council consent to approve

Bylaw 2017-18.

Jim Stover, Andrew Benkovich and Buck Coonz of the Royal Canadian Legion
Branch 256 Stony Plain presented poppies to members of Council,
Administration and those seated in the gallery. Council thanked the members
for their attendance.

BL 21-038 Bylaw 2021-22 Solar Farm Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 2017-18
Proposed Motions
1. That Bylaw 2021-22 receive first reading.
2. That a Public Hearing be scheduled on December 14, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in
Council Chambers to hear public comment on Bylaw 2021-22.
A motion was made by Councillor Kobasiuk that Bylaw 2021-22 receive first
reading. The motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Councillor Weideman that a Public Hearing be
