Parkland County acknowledges the historical indigenous teachings and "many ways of knowing". We also appreciate the original settlers and current residents of Parkland County who contributed to the growth and prosperity of Parkland County then and now. Kelsie Norton and Sue Styles presented the Wabamun Lake Watershed Management plan. A motion was made by Committee Member Mayor Gamble that the Committee convene in closed session at 10:26 a.m. pursuant to Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act to meet in private to discuss matters protected from disclosure by Sections 17, 19 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
