That Administration be directed to issue a Request for Proposal for residential waste and recycling collection services in the Big Lake area in 2024 for services to begin in 2025. 2. That Administration present to Committee in 2024 a proposed monthly residential cost for residential waste and recycling collection services in the Big Lake area based on tender results.
