We acknowledge all the First Nations, Metis and Inuit, whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries. A motion was made by Committee Member Kucher-Johnson that the review of the Not For Profit Organization Grant Funding Program Policy C-RP14 be received for information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. General Manager, Operations Services RFD 23-268 Operations Service Division Report - Update and Overview Proposed Motion That the Operations Services Division - Update and Overview report be received for information, as presented. Neil Jamieson, George Vanberg, Trent Tompkins and Jody Hancock presented the Operations Service Division Report update. A motion was made by Committee Member Wiedeman that the Operations Service Division - Update and Overview report be received for information, as presented. The motion carried unanimously. RECESS Chairperson Kobasiuk recessed the meeting at 10:24 a.m., and reconvened the meeting at 10:36 a.m. NEW BUSINESS General Manager, Operations Services RFD 23-303 Big Lake Residential Waste and Recycling Collection Implementation Plan Proposed Motions 1. That Administration be directed to issue a Request for Proposal for residential waste and recycling collection services in the Big Lake area in 2024 for services to begin in 2025. 2. That Administration present to Committee in 2024 a proposed monthly residential cost for residential waste and recycling collection services in the Big Lake area based on tender results. Neil Jamieson presented the Big Lake Residential Waste and Recycling Collection Implementation plan.
