NEW BUSINESS Mayor and Council Member Matters NM 24-3 Notice of Motion - Review of Bylaws by Council Take notice that at the June 25, 2024 Council Meeting, Council Member Kowalski will move that: That Administration be directed to present the Meeting Procedures Bylaw 2015-06, Code of Conduct Bylaw 2018-05 and the bylaw development process for review and amendment to ensure transparency, accountability, and procedural fairness. Krista Quesnel presented the Proposed Climate Change Action presentation. A motion was made by Committee Member Mayor Gamble that the Committee direct Administration to present the Climate Change Action proposal at the June 25, 2024 Council meeting for approval, as presented. The motion carried unanimously.
