MINUTES JANUARY 17, 2023 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING PARMA COUNCIL CHAMBERS 7:13 P.M. The Regular Council Meeting was called to order by President of Council Vito Dipierro presiding. Also, commented on the cutting down of trees in the city.
