APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: All items under this heading will be considered to be approved with one motion and one vote. If further discussion is desired on any item, it will automatically be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered as a general business item. 1. Approval/corrections of Minutes of the Regular Meeting, February 21, 2023. 22-769 2. Approval of the claims docket for February 21, 2023 to March 7, 2023. 22-770 3. Approval of garbage exemption applications and renewals. 22-771 4. Approval of Application(s) 22-772 5. Approval of authorization to travel 22-773 6. Approval of wage increases. 22-774 7. Order to approve and authorize payment to Clear River Construction Co., 22-767 Inc., in the amount of $13,754.91, for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase III: Soccer Concessions. (Estimate #10) 8. Order to approve and authorize payment to Clear River Construction Co., 22-768 Inc., in the amount of $80,554.52, for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase II: City Park Improvements. (Estimate #28) 9. Order to approve the Sixth Supplement to Indenture of Trust between the 22-775 City of Pearl, Mississippi, and The Peoples Bank, and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign the same. 10. Order to approve and authorize a donation in the amount of $6,600 to the 22-722 Pearl Community Theatre, to advertise and bring into favorable notice the opportunities, possibilities and resources of the municipality. (budgeted item) 11. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cleaning the property 22-736 located at 125 Lodi Drive and assess the cost to the property. Purchase of MP Web Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) for the City 22-758 Shop Maintenance Management from Innovative Maintenance Systems in the amount of $7,680.00 13. Order to approve an RFP to be advertised for landscaping services for city 22-759 parks and facilities 14. Order to accept the Pearl Futbol Club proposal submitted by Rankin Soccer 22-760 Club for skills sessions, and to approve a donation from the city in the amount of $2800.00 to the Pearl Futbol Club for said sessions for the Spring 15. Approval for the acquisition of 2022 Ford F250 through the agreement with 22-761 Enterprise. 16. Request approval for installation of sirens, emergency warning lights, and 22-762 existing radios into 5 new FD response vehicles totaling $25,108.20. This is a budgeted item. Quotes attached. 17. Approval of request to Mississippi Development Authority to de-obligate 22-766 CDBG grant 113519-293-PF-01 due to issues relating to delays in completion of the project and the grant deadline, and to refund $8,000 grant administration funds. 18. Order to approve the Lease Purchase Agreement by and between, the City of 22-777 Pearl, Mississippi, and Cadence Bank for the Energy Efficiency Project and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents. 19. Order to adopt a Resolution finding that the certain items identified on the 22-763 attached list, submitted by Public Works, which is incorporated herein by reference, as surplus, and to approve the disposal and/or sale of each item as required by law. GENERAL BUSINESS 1. Consider request of Nissan North America, Inc. for exemption from Ad 22-776 Valorem Taxes for a period of (2) two years as authorized by Section 27-31-51, et seq., of the Miss.
