Approval/corrections of Minutes of the Regular Meeting, February 7, 2023. 2. Approval of the claims docket for February 7, 2023 to February 21, 2023. 3. Approval of authorization to travel 6. Approval of wage increases. 7. Order to approve and authorize payment to Water Company of America – ISI Water Company in the amount of $64,937.31, for the review of unbilled or misbilled water and sewer charges from 8/1/22 to 11/30/22. 8. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of demoing and cleaning the property at 655 Silver Maple and assess the cost against the property. 9. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting the grass at the property at 3717 Old Brandon Road and assess the cost against the property. 10. Order to adopt a Resolution to adjudicate the cost of cutting the grass at the property at 309 South Pearson Road and assess the cost against the property. 11. Order to approve Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector - Bridge Project Supplemental Agreement #1 to allow the Consultant, Pickering Firm, Inc. to perform Extra Work for an additional cost not to exceed $2,290.42, and authorize Mayor Windham to execute documents. (Additional services include QA/QC Steel Fabrication Services due to delays at the steel bridge fabrication facility.) 12. Order to accept the Final Plat for Silver Ridge Phase 3. 13. Order to approve the Engineering Professional Services Agreement with Pickering Firm, Inc. on the Grandview Heights Sewer Rehabilitation Project. 14. Order to approve and authorize payment to Harcros Chemical in the amount of $12,480.00, for chlorine. 15. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of (1) Force Flow Model # Dr80-Electronic Scales in the amount of $71,800.00. (quotes obtained) 16. LifePak 15 Cardiac Monitors six year service agreement. Agreement covers all software updates, inspections and unlimited repairs including parts, labor, travel, and batteries. 17. Approval of January invoice from Pickering Firm, Inc. $5,760 for consulting services relating to the Traffic Signal Modification Project. 18. Approval of January 2023 invoice from Pickering Firm, Inc. for $5,370 relating to the I-20/Pearson Road Traffic Study. 19. Approval of December 2022-January 2023 invoice from Pickering Firm, Inc. for $18,777.50 for professional services relating to the 2023 MPO Transportation Alternative Applications (sidewalks on Mary Ann Drive and Riverwind Drive) Page 2 of 4 Mayor and Board of Aldermen Revised Agenda February 21, 2023 20. Order to adopt a Resolution declaring (40) expired vests to be surplus property and to authorize the intergovernmental transfer of same to The Reserve Academy to be used for training purposes. The list is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 21. Order to approve and authorize the yearly clothing allowance for Administration and Special Operations in the total amount of $11,500.00. (10 Officers at $1000.00 and 3 officers at $500.00 for a Total: $11,500.00.) 22. Order to approve and authorize payment to Jefcoat Construction, LLC, in the amount of $108,863.33, for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase II: City Park Improvements. (Estimate #8) 23. Order to approve the request to move from the Municipal Street Lighting Rate Schedule SL-37 to the Municipally owned and maintained Street Lighting Rate Schedule MOMSL-1 and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign the same. 24. Order to adopt a Resolution expressing support for the Mississippi Braves and Trustmark Park and acknowledging the economic impact, increased tourism, and other benefits to the welfare of citizens of The City of Pearl resulting from maintaining the presence of a professional baseball team in The City of Pearl. 25. Order to adopt a Resolution finding that the certain items identified on the attached list, submitted by Pearl Police Dept., which is incorporated herein by reference, as surplus, and to approve the disposal and/or sale of each item as required by law. 26. The purchase of ammunition from Precision Delta Corporation $7922.38 27. Order to approve and authorize the Thermoplastic striping of Riverwind East and Riverwind West by Traffic Control Products, in the amount of $43,070.00. (quotes obtained) 28. Order to approve and authorize the police officers identified on the proposed part-time work schedule for March 2023, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the use of the official Pearl Police Department uniform and official Pearl Police Department duty weapon and finding that the proposed employment is not likely to bring disrepute to the City of Pearl, or the Pearl Police Department, the officers at issue, or law enforcement generally, and that the use of the official uniform and weapon in the discharge of the officer’s private security endeavor promotes the public interest of the City of Pearl. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Consider a request by E. Lillian Jones to Rezone the property on Highway 468, also known as, Section 28, T5N, R2E, Tract 1 (1.13 acres), Tract 2 (1.12 acres), and Tract 3(1.22 acres) from A-1 Agricultural District to C-3 Highway Commercial. 2. Consider a request by MS Developers LLC. to Rezone portions of Parcels G09G-17, G09G-17-10, G09H-23, G09H-23-10, G09H-30, and G09K-2 from R-E (Residential Estates) to R-1 (Single Family Residential).
