Order to approve and authorize payment to Harcros Chemical in the amount 22-689 of $10,400.00, for chlorine. 9. Approval of Supplemental Agreement #1 to provide additional Consulting 22-690 Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) Services beyond the contract time on Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Phase I, and for Mayor Windham to sign all documents. Order to approve and authorize payment to Clear River Construction Co., 22-704 Inc., in the amount of $55,514.00 for the Parks & Recreation Construction Project Phase II: City Park Improvements. (Estimate #27) 12. Approval of December 2022 Pickering Invoice for $12,010 relating to the 22-691 MPO Traffic Signal Modifications at Hwy 49/80 and Pearson Rd/Phillips Lane. 80/20 match 13. Approval of December Pickering Invoice for $10,252.50 relating to MPO 22-692 Road Overlay Project (70/30 match) 14. Approval of January Pay Application #4 from Hemphill Construction 22-696 Company for $202,252.15 relating to the SE Sanitary Sewer & CDBG Project. (paid by CDBG funds $18,441.15 and ARPA funds $183,811.00) 15. Order to approve and authorize payment to People Ready, in the amount of 22-695 $30,825.87, for temporary employee labor. Order to approve and authorize rental payment to SITECH South Mississippi, 22-707 LLC, in the amount of $11,700.00. 18. Approve the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement between the 22-716 RWMA Holding Company, LLC, as Purchaser and City of Pearl, MS as seller for 178 Becknell St. 19. Order to adopt a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City 22-717 of Pearl, Mississippi, authorizing and approving the form of and execution of an Energy Efficiency Lease Purchase Agreement between the municipality and the Lender, Trustee, or Escrow Agent, and the execution of a Notice to Proceed, all in connection with an Energy Services Agreement undertaken to provide funds for the purchase and installation of certain energy efficiency and conservation equipment in and for the municipality; making provisions for maintaining the tax-exempt status of interest on the tax-exempt portion of the Energy Efficiency Lease Purchase Agreement; and for related matters. Order to approve professional services agreements provided by Red Feather 22-719 Touring, Inc., Troubadour Trapavelli, Inc., and West Lake Touring, Inc., for Pearl Day entertainment and to authorize the Mayor, City Clerk and/or the Pearl Day Committee to execute the same and to receive revenue and incur costs and expend monies and to take action consistent with the contracts. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Consider a request by MS Developers LLC. to Rezone portions of Parcels 22-712 G09G-17, G09G-17-10, G09H-23, G09H-23-10, G09H-30, and G09K-2 from R-E (Residential Estates) to R-1 (Single Family Residential). 2. Consider Amending the Zoning Ordinance. 22-710 PUBLIC HEARINGS 21-19-11 Determine whether or not the owners and those certain parcels of real property which are listed herein, are in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore, prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended: 3. Mary Elizabeth Crossman Trustee of The Mary Elizabeth Crossman 22-711 Revocable Trust and located at 643 South Pearson Road, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208. GENERAL BUSINESS Appoint Pearl Public School District Board Member. Motion was made by Alderman Foy and seconded by Alderman Thompson to appoint Charlene Barnett to the Pearl Public School District Board. The following members of the Board of Aldermen voted in favor of the Motion which became the Order of the Board: Alderman Steverson, Alderman Dennis, Alderman Williams, Alderman McHenry, Alderman Thompson, Alderman Gill and Alderman Foy.
