Order to approve and authorize the write off of inactive water/sewer/garbage accounts as uncollectible and to send the same to Advanced Recovery Systems, Inc., for collection. 8. Order to set public hearing on April 4, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by James Douglas and Sciony M. Cannon, and located at 4323 Nancy Street, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and unkept or otherwise a menace to public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended. 9. Order to approve and authorize the cutting of 21 trees at the corner lot area of Office Depot and Highway 80, by Couch Tree Service in the amount of $6,850.00. (quotes obtained) 10. Approval of Contractor’s Estimate #8 for $866,525.14 for January-February 2023 construction on the Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Project. 80% MDOT and 20% Senate funding 11. Approval of February 2022 invoice from Hemphill Construction Company for $265,228.60 for work on the SE Sanitary Sewer Project Phase I. (MCWI/ARPA funding) 12. Order to approve and authorize payment to Harvey Services, Inc., in the amount of $6,912.98 for the emergency repairs at Highland Trailer Park pump station. 13. Order to approve and authorize payment to Harcros Chemicals in the amount of $6,240.00, for chlorine. (quotes obtained) 14. Order to approve and authorize payment to People Ready, in the amount of $27,797.83, for temporary employee labor. 15. Order to approve entering into a contract by and between, the City of Pearl and Capitol Staffing, and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents. 16. Order to approve the Agreement for Architecture Services, by and between, the City of Pearl and WBA Architecture, PLLC for Central Fire Station and Fire Station #5, and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents. 17.
