Order to adopt a Resolution accepting the bid of Simmons Erosion Control for the Mary Ann Drive Sidewalk Installation, finding that the conforming bid of Simmons Erosion Control is the lowest and best bid in the amount of $272, 679.80, and that the contract should be and hereby is awarded to Simmons Erosion Control and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents. ..end Department Represented: Mayor’s Office Back Up Data: Bid Tab s Purchasing Approval: Budget Acct#: N/A (MUST be initialed by Leia Cooper for purchases over $5,000, which require Board approval, prior to submission to the Mayor.)
