CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL Present: Alderman Dennis Alderman Foy Alderman Williams Alderman Foster Alderman Knight Mayor Windham Alderman Stovall Absent: Alderman Steverson GENERAL BUSINESS 1. 24-1977 Motion was made by Alderman Foy and seconded by Alderman Williams to approve and authorize Construction Change Directive 001 and Contract Change Order 28, between the City of Pearl, WBA Architecture PLLC, and Thrash Commercial Contractors for the Pearl Fire Stations Project and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents. The following members of the Board of Alderman voted in favor of the Motion which became the Order of the Board: Aye: Alderman Dennis, Alderman Steverson, Alderman Foy, Alderman Williams, Alderman Foster, Alderman Knight, and Alderman Stovall 2. 24-1976 Motion was made by Alderman Foy that WBA should pay the costs associated with this Change Order. The Motion died due to a lack of a second. Motion was made by Alderman Williams and seconded by Alderman Dennis to approve and authorize Contract Change Order 27, between the City of Pearl and Thrash Commercial Contractors for the Pearl Fire Stations Project and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents. The following members of the Board of Alderman voted in favor of the Motion which became the Order of the Board: Aye: Alderman Dennis, Alderman Steverson, Alderman Williams, Alderman Foster, Mayor Windham, and Alderman Stovall Nay: Alderman Foy, and Alderman Knight 3. 24-1979 Motion was made by Alderman Williams and seconded by Alderman Dennis to appoint Tony Williamson to the Parks and Recreation Commission to fill the vacancy left by Jimmy Foster.
