The Southeast Sewer/Airport Road construction project is a proper municipal

and to allow Mayor Windham to execute all documents.

2. Consider request by Keandre Woods for a Variance to allow him to build a 24-2002
1628 sq ft house instead of the 2500 sq ft required in a R-E Zone located at
242 Knight Road.

Motion was made by Alderman Stovall and seconded by Alderman Knight to continue this
matter until October 1, 2024, in order for Mr. Woods to appear on behalf of his request. The
following members of the Board of Alderman voted in favor of the Motion which became

fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2024, budget equals actual.
