Order to set public hearing for April 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a dimensional variance request by Ben and Sue Hawkins in order to build a metal 1520 sq ft detached garage instead of the allowed nonmetallic 600 sq ft at their property located at 1052 Longwood Place.(CD) approve 15. Order to approve and authorize repairs to PD2405 by Patriot Auto Body in the amount of $8,168.99. (quotes obtained) (PD) approve 16. Order to approve and authorize the Animal Control Receiving and Housing Agreement between Mississippi Animal Rescue League and the City of Pearl, Mississippi and authorize Chief McLendon to sign the same. approve 17.
