BOARD OF APPEALS August 11, 2022 PRESENT: Acting Chairman Michael Tesoro Member Dan McLaughlin Member Jamie Grecco Manager John T. Pierpont ABSENT: Chairman Greg Varone Member Kathryn Soderberg Acting Chairman Michael Tesoro opened the meeting and introduced the members of the Board. ---------- MINUTES The minutes of May 25, 2022 and June 22, 2022 were approved. Manager Pierpont presented the application of Eric and Mildred Salmeron, 1009 Washington Avenue, 166.44-1-45, for a special permit to allow the addition of a house in excess of 500 square feet. Thomas Haynes, RA appeared before the Board to review the project. The pool noted on the plan is not part of this application. It is shown as a future project. Air conditioning and exterior lighting were discussed. No comments The Board reserved decision. ---------- The Board considered the application of Eric and Mildred Salmeron, 1009 Washington Avenue, 166.44-1-45, for a special permit to allow the addition of a house in excess of 500 square feet. After discussion and upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously resolved that WHEREAS, the requirements for a special permit set forth in the zoning ordinance, as pertains to this application, have been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the application of Eric and Mildred Salmeron, 1009 Washington Avenue, 166.44-1-45, for a special permit to allow the addition of a house in excess of 500 square feet, be and hereby is granted. ---------- The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28, 2022 ADJOURNEMENT There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. - - - - - - - - - - -- Clerk
