Executive Session Minutes Village of Pelham Board of Trustees March 22, 2022 An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham, NY was held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 via Zoom videoconference, pursuant to Part E of Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021. On a motion by Village Trustee Solomon, seconded by Village Trustee Hill-Ries the Village Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session at 09:49 PM to discuss the status of Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations with the Department of Public Works, Police Department and personnel matters related to the Village Clerk and discipline of two employees in the Department of Public Works. The following officials were present: Mayor Mullen Deputy Mayor/Village Trustee Carpenter Village Trustee Eldahry Village Trustee Hill-Ries Village Trustee McGreal Village Trustee Otondi Village Trustee Solomon Village Administrator/Treasurer Christopher Scelza No action was taken. On a motion by Village Trustee Solomon, seconded by Village Trustee McGreal, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:20 PM.
