Keep in mind that your comments are part of public record. • CONSENT ITEMS • Minutes of the May 1, 2023 Council meeting • ENGINEER’S REPORT • Consideration of a motion to authorize advertisement of Ordinance #2023-3 amending numerous provisions Chapter 345 - “Stormwater Management” of the Penndel Borough Code of Ordinances. • UNFINISHED BUSINESS • Tabled from the 5/1/23 meeting: Information Technology: Website update options (Alan Dashoff): Option A. Update website not to exceed $1500.00. (We have lost some of the free time we had and I decided I need a buffer for safety) Option B. Do nothing but improvements (updates are not going to be possible and the vendor will continue to need extra time per request because of how it is built) • Consideration of a motion to choose an option (Option A or B above) for website maintenance through Course Vector • NEW BUSINESS • Consideration of a motion to appoint a new member to Borough Council filling the vacancy left by Joe Adams  • Consideration of a motion to approve and sign the contract amendment for the Memorial Park Bleachers project extending the contract term by five (5) months ending December 31, 2023 • Consideration of a motion to award the police department roof replacement to Dennis & Sons not to exceed $12,915.00 for a 10-year warranty • PUBLIC COMMENT • COUNCIL MEMBERS TO BE HEARD • ADJOURNMENT June Meetings: June 5, 2023 June 19, 2023 V2:5/15/23, 9:00 p.m.
