NEW BUSINESS Adoption of the 2018 Budget Anticipated Revenues of $2,353,531.54 and Anticipated Expenditures of $2,353,531.54. Motion to adopt the Budget. TAX LEVY ORDINANCE #9-2017 Motion setting the tax rates for 2018. Resolution reducing Police Officers’ contributions to 1.5% for the Police Pension Plan by its members for the year 2018. Possible Motion to adopt the Resolution. Resolution allocating 25% of Liquid Fuel Tax monies unused for resurfacing to be allocated for maintenance and repair of roads in 2018. Possible Motion to adopt the Resolution. Resolution eliminating payments into the PA. Municipal Retirement Fund by participants in the fund. Possible Motion to adopt the Resolution. Resolution amending certain fees and establishing the fees for payment in 2018. Possible Motion to adopt the Resolution. 1 Liquid Fuels transfer to General Fund Possible Motion to transfer $13,058.55 to reimburse the Pennsburg Borough General Fund for the costs of street signs, F-450 truck repair, traffic signal electricity, traffic signal repairs, and road patching materials. Transfer to savings Transfer $7,500.00 for future roof replacement. Transfer $5,000.00 for future equipment purchases. Additional bills for payment in December 2017 Possible Motion to authorize payment of the bills listed. Public Comment Period Executive Session Adjournment 2
