City of Pensacola City Council Special Meeting Agenda - Final Wednesday, February 6, 2019, 4:00 PM Council Chambers, 1st Floor ROLL CALL ACTION ITEMS 1. 19-00073 AMENDED INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ESCAMBIA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE CITY OF PENSACOLA - ADDITIONAL FUNDING REQUIREMENTS FOR AEROSPACE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND OVERHAUL (MRO) CAMPUS EXPANSION AT PENSACOLA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Recommendation: That City Council approve the amended Interlocal Agreement between the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Pensacola related to additional funding requirements for the aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) campus expansion at the Pensacola International Airport. Further that City Council approve additional Local Option Sales Tax IV funding of $5 million for the City’s share of the aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) campus expansion at the Pensacola International Airport. Finally, that City Council authorize the Mayor to take all actions necessary to execute an amended Interlocal Agreement. Sponsors: Grover C.
