Council and is a dependent special district in accordance with the Florida State Statues
Chapter 189 (Resolution No. 55-80 adopted on September 25, 1980; and amended

Improvement Board.

AGENCY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REVISIONS AND
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
2018; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

4. 17-00633 DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY - 216 NORTH “A” STREET
Recommendation: That the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) approve the sale of 216 North
“A” Street, Parcel Identification Number 000S009010163083, Account Number
131804000, to the only respondent, Andre and Stephanie Tucker, in the amount of
$5,000. Further, that the CRA recommend that City Council schedule and hold a
public hearing pertaining to the sale of 216 North “A” Street, approve the sale of the
property and authorize the CRA Chairperson to execute all documents necessary to
transfer the title.

City of Pensacola’s designated community redevelopment areas and authorize the
CRA Chairperson to execute all necessary program documents.
