BLOUNT STREET Recommendation: That the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) approve the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement for the purchase of the property at 901 W. Blount Street from Billiken Group, LLC in the amount of $190,500. Further, that the CRA request that City Council approve the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement for purchase.
