17-254 Communication from the City Manager and the Community Development
Director with a Request to APPROVE a Two-Year CONTRACT and Two
One-Year Extensions with C LINDSEY SEALCOATING to provide BOARD UP
SERVICES.
17-255 Communication from the City Manager and Police Chief with a Request for the
following:
A. APPROVE and Authorization the City Manager to Execute an
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT Between the City of Peoria
and the COUNTY OF PEORIA under the EDWARD BYRNE
MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) Program
FY2017 Local Solicitation, in the Amount of $62,593.00.

Class R-4 (Single Family Residential) District to a Class CN (Neighborhood

17-257 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with a
