Minutes Architectural Review Board Monday, July 1st 2024 25-27 South Jefferson Street 11:00am In attendance: Joe Battiston, Louis Malon, Joe Yates, Bill Hartsock The windows were inspected by members of the ARB, the Preservation Planner, and the property owner. Once the inspection and discussion of windows was over, certain criteria were established: 1. All the front windows must be repaired, as they are original. The two missing windows will need to be built to match the originals. All windows should be 6 over 6. 2. Any windows that are not originals and are vinyl need to be replaced with Anderson Fibrex if replaced. 3. Muntins need to be on the outside of the windowpane. 4. Aluminum storm windows are allowed to protect and keep in heat/AC. 5. Preference: You can either choose to redo the side facing Wythe Street or leave them be since none of them are original. If you redo the vinyl, stick with Anderson Fibrex. 6. Guest House: Same criteria as above. Meeting was adjourned at noon.
