Washington St. 6:00 p.m. In attendance: Louis Malon, Joe Battiston, William Hartsock, Joseph Yates, Larry Murphy Absent: Celeste Wynn, Dino Lunsford 1. Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm 2. Approval of Agenda Action: Agenda was approved. 3. Review of Minutes Action: Approved; Louis Malon motioned, 4. Public Information Period No public comments were received. 5. Consent Agenda (Administrative Approval Requests) Board approved all applications, motioned by Louis Malon, Larry Murphy seconded. 7. Old Business a. 216 North Sycamore; Courthouse Historic District; Owner/Applicant: Andrew Gernux- ARB approved LED signs; Louis Malon motioned, Murphy seconded, and Hartsock opposed. b. 104 Marshall Street; Poplar Lawn Historic District; Owner/Applicant: Victoria Glazer- The garage with Hardie plank siding, 30 x 30 frame, composite windows was approved.
