(20%)  Who’s Eligible to Apply? ❑ Non-Profits ❑ Government Entities Eligibility & Funding Levels ❑ For-Profit Businesses Average Funding Levels ❑ Public Service – $15,000 ❑ Critical Home Repair - $$100,000+ ❑ Non-Housing - $200-300k+  How are goals set for use of CDBG funds?  The Consolidated Plan sets the Consolidated Plan goals and objectives that will govern the use of funds for the CDBG program for the next five years.  Available on City Website.  Assessment of Community Needs  - based on public hearing of needs   The next five year consolidated plan is due August 2025.
